TIB KAT P 216 – Dry form of dioctyltin dilaurate for powder coating PU systems
TIB KAT P 216 is the dry blend version of TIB KAT 216 (dioctyltin dilaurate) on a specially selected silica carrier, developed for use in powder polyurethane systems.
The product is a white, light, free-flowing powder with no stickiness. The silica carrier is selected to ensure maximum compatibility with powder coating formulations.
On request, TIB KAT P 216 can also be offered on alternative carriers to reduce surface defects that can arise from a lack of compatibility between formulation components.
The recommended usage amount is 0.1–2% by weight, depending on the respective formulation.
