TIB KAT K25 – Potassium-based catalyst for MS polymers, PIR systems, and maleic anhydride polymers

TIB KAT K25 is a proprietary, potassium-based catalyst formulation that can be used in various applications, including:

• Curing of MS polymers
• Production of polyisocyanurates (PIR)
• Crosslinking of maleic anhydride-containing polymers with polyols
• Co-catalyst for polymer-based systems with polyols

Thanks to its special composition, TIB KAT K25 offers high compatibility and good miscibility with low-polarity reaction partners. The product is highly viscous, but is also available in low-viscosity variants.

The recommended dosage depends on the application and is typically 1–5%.
