TIB KAT 439 (dibutyl tin bis-(acetylacetonate) + plasticizer) is a butyl-based organotin catalyst with ketonate functionality and an alkylsulfonic phenyl ester-based plasticizer to minimize crystallization.
With an 18% tin content, liquid form, and small ligand, TIB KAT 439 is highly reactive.
Properties:
- Lower hydrolytic stability than carboxylate organotins (e.g., TIB KAT 218)
- Registered on international regulatory lists
