TIB KAT 410 – Liquid dioctyltin oxide + non-phthalate plasticizer for silicone and silane systems

TIB KAT 410 (dioctyltin oxide + plasticizer) is a liquid version of DOTO (dioctyltin oxide), stabilized with a non-phthalate-based plasticizer. The product contains 30% of the active tin content compared to the solid variant TIB KAT 232.

TIB KAT 410 is used for:

• Curing of silicones
• Silane crosslinking systems
• Especially 1-component MS silyl polymers

Reactivity & Properties

TIB KAT 410 offers:

• High reactivity across a wide range of silicone formulations
• Excellent raw material compatibility
• Reliably catalyzes silanol/silane condensation
• Acts simultaneously as a polymerization and crosslinking catalyst
