TIB KAT 333W50 is a proprietary, water-soluble organotin catalyst for water-based polyurethane systems where conventional metal carboxylates are compromised by hydrolysis or loss of activity.
The catalyst offers high catalytic efficiency in aqueous media, combined with excellent hydrolytic stability and resistance to deactivation over a wide pH range. The molecular structure improves the dispersion and availability of active tin species, enables fast and controlled urethane formation at low catalyst levels, and ensures:
- Consistent curing
- Minimized sensitivity to water content
- Reliable performance in low-VOC coatings and adhesives
Form of delivery: 50% active catalyst in water (other dilutions available).
