TIB KAT 256 – Monobutyltin Oxide (MBTO) for esterification, transesterification, and polycondensation

TIB KAT 256 is a solid organotin catalyst used in esterification, transesterification, and polycondensation reactions. As a monobutyltin-based organotin, the product has lower toxicity than dibutyl-based tin catalysts.

TIB KAT 256 shows excellent performance in the production of polyesters and alkyd resins.
