TIB KAT 154S+ (stannous chloride dihydrate, SnCl₂·2H₂O) is a highly active tin catalyst with a high metal content, combined with silica for a free-flowing solid form.
This variant offers improved stability compared to TIB KAT 154S and meets the highest quality standards according to A.C.S. specifications.

- Esterification
- Thermoplastic elastomers (TPVs), especially EPDM and PE-based systems
- Personal care
- Surface finishing
- Oil drilling simulation (acidizing additives)
- Corrosion protection
- Glass industry (silver mirroring, color modification)
- Reducing agent in chemical processes
