Trainee start 2025

Welcome to TIB!

On September 1, we proudly welcomed eight new trainees to our team! Three exciting introductory days marked the start of their training!

The program included:

✅ A detailed tour of the factory

✅ Important safety training

✅ An introduction to the works council

✅ An eventful day in the climbing forest followed by a meal

...and much more.

Our trainees have now started in their respective departments and we are very happy to accompany them on their exciting journey. Here's to a successful start and an inspiring training period!
