Trainee start 2025

Starting an apprenticeship is a special milestone in the lives of young people. We are therefore all the more pleased to have welcomed eight new apprentices to TIB Chemicals on September 1. As they begin their apprenticeships, these young professionals are embarking on an exciting and educational journey filled with new experiences, personal growth, and career opportunities.

As a company with a long-standing tradition in the chemical industry, we place great value on training and fostering young talent. Well-trained specialists are the foundation for our company’s future and a key factor in the success of the entire industry. That is why we continuously invest in high-quality, hands-on training and provide our trainees with the best possible conditions for launching their careers.

To make the start at TIB Chemicals as pleasant as possible for our new colleagues, we organized a varied orientation program. Over the course of three exciting orientation days, the trainees not only got to know our company and its diverse areas of activity but also had the opportunity to make initial connections with their fellow trainees as well as with colleagues from various departments.

An important part of the orientation program was a detailed tour of our plant grounds. During the tour, the new trainees gained interesting insights into various production and work areas and were able to get a first impression of the diverse tasks at TIB Chemicals. For many, this was their first opportunity to experience the complex processes of a modern chemical company up close.

The comprehensive safety training was also particularly important. Safety is a top priority at TIB Chemicals and is an integral part of our corporate culture. Right from the start, our trainees learn about the high safety standards and discover what measures are necessary for working safely in an industrial environment.

Another item on the agenda was an introduction to the works council. During this session, the trainees received valuable information about employee participation, employee rights, and the support services available within the company. This helps ensure that the next generation of employees can find their bearings within the company community early on and feel at home.

There was also plenty of time for getting to know one another. A special highlight of the orientation days was the group outing to the climbing forest. There, the new trainees were able to demonstrate team spirit, trust, and communication skills. The eventful day concluded with a group meal in a pleasant atmosphere. Such activities not only foster cohesion within the training group but also lay a strong foundation for future collaboration.

Following the orientation days, our eight trainees have now successfully begun their training in their respective fields. There, they can look forward to a varied training program featuring exciting projects, hands-on tasks, and diverse opportunities for growth. Experienced trainers will guide them throughout their entire training period and support them in further developing their professional and personal skills.

The training program at TIB Chemicals offers young people the chance to gain valuable experience at an innovative industrial company and build long-term career prospects. At the same time, our trainees make an important contribution to the future of our company and bring new ideas and fresh perspectives.
