A company-wide event offers the opportunity to leave the daily grind behind for a moment, strike up conversations with one another, and experience a sense of community outside the workplace. This year’s summer party at our Pittsburgh location provided the perfect setting for exactly that. Together with our employees and their partners, we enjoyed a special evening at a baseball game at PNC Ballpark.

The program featured a game between the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Boston Red Sox. For our team, attending the baseball game together was a wonderful opportunity to spend time with one another and celebrate the summer party in a truly special setting.

Together, Away from the Daily Work Routine

The focus of the evening was above all on the shared experience. Our colleagues were able to chat in a relaxed atmosphere, laugh together, and watch the game as a group. Exciting moments during the game, many good conversations, and the special atmosphere in the stadium made the evening a successful company event.

Activities like these create opportunities for connections that don’t always arise in the day-to-day work routine. That’s why the summer party wasn’t just about baseball. Rather, the focus was on spending time together as a team.

Our employees’ partners were also invited to this special evening. This transformed the traditional summer party into a shared experience that went beyond the everyday work routine.
