The start of an apprenticeship is a special moment: a new chapter in life begins, many new experiences await, and theory gradually gives way to professional practice. We are therefore very pleased to welcome new apprentices to TIB Chemicals again this year. Salih, Arian, Victoria, Hasan, and Marlon are starting their professional careers with us.

In the coming days, our new colleagues will have plenty to discover. In addition to their future workstations, they’ll get to know our plant, various teams, and, of course, the people they’ll be working with during their training. This will give them their first insights into our company’s processes and allow them to familiarize themselves with their new work environment step by step.

 

Apprenticeships as Chemical Technicians and Warehouse Logistics Specialists

Our new apprentices are beginning their training as chemical technicians and warehouse logistics specialists. This marks the start of their professional development in two different areas of our company.

Starting a career brings many new experiences. During the upcoming training period, the focus isn’t solely on acquiring professional knowledge. It’s just as important to get to know your workplace, your colleagues, and the various processes and departments within the company.

The first few days offer a great opportunity for this. Our new apprentices can get their bearings, make initial connections, and get a sense of what to expect during their training at TIB Chemicals.

 

First Steps in the New Work Environment

A new workplace always brings many new impressions at the beginning. Where can I find things? Who works in which department? What will my future workplace look like? And which people will I regularly encounter during my apprenticeship?

That’s exactly why getting to know everyone is the top priority at the start. Our new apprentices get to know the plant, their teams, and their respective work areas. In this way, the first few days lay an important foundation for the rest of the apprenticeship.

At the same time, the start of their apprenticeships marks the beginning of a new personal chapter for Salih, Arian, Victoria, Hasan, and Marlon. After finishing school, their path now leads into the working world, bringing new tasks, experiences, and challenges.
