Reaxis Inc. becomes TIB Chemical Corporation

Following the successful acquisition of the US company Reaxis Inc. by TIB Chemicals AG in January 2025, the company has been operating under the new name TIB Chemicals Corporation since July 1, 2025.

The renaming marks the official completion of the company's integration into the international TIB Group.

For customers, suppliers, and partners, the renaming does not change any existing contracts or contact persons. TIB Chemicals Corporation will continue all business activities at its location in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania—now as part of the internationally active TIB Group.
