Jobs for Future
From February 22 to 24, 2024, TIB Chemicals AG was represented at Jobs for Future in Mannheim, one of the largest and most important training and career fairs in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. Under the motto “Right in Your Element,” we presented the diverse career opportunities in the chemical industry to interested high school students, parents, and other fair visitors, and were able to have numerous engaging conversations.
Every year, Jobs for Future Mannheim offers young people an ideal platform to learn about apprenticeship programs, degree programs, and career prospects. For TIB Chemicals AG, the fair was an excellent opportunity to showcase the chemical technician (m/f/d) apprenticeship and provide insights into the diverse work environment of a modern chemical company.

Over the three days of the fair, we welcomed numerous students from school classes as well as visitors with a personal interest in our booth. It was particularly important to us to convey the tasks and development opportunities of a chemical technician in a practical way. From operating modern production facilities to monitoring chemical processes and conducting quality control, the profession offers exciting challenges and excellent future prospects.

A special highlight at our booth was an interactive guessing game that generated a great deal of interest among visitors. In addition to the chance to win attractive prizes, the activity offered the opportunity to learn more about apprenticeship opportunities and career paths at TIB Chemicals AG in a fun way. Direct interaction with our trainers and apprentices provided authentic insights into everyday training life and answered many questions about starting a career in the chemical industry.
