Girls Day 2025

On April 3, 2025, we welcomed a total of 15 interested young people – both girls and boys – to our company as part of the nationwide Girls' Day. The aim of the day of action was to give young people exciting insights into occupational fields that they rarely consider in their everyday lives and to introduce them to our diverse areas of work.

The program was divided into three varied thematic blocks:

1. Maintenance & Plant Fire Department Here, the participants gained a practical insight into technical maintenance processes and the important work of our plant fire department.

2. IT & Process Control Engineering This block focused on digitalization. The young people learned how IT solutions and process control engineering control and secure our production processes.

3. Laboratory & Production Finally, the participants were able to experience how theory becomes practice in the laboratory and production areas. They were able to carry out small experiments and follow production steps, thus gaining a realistic impression of the processes in our company.

We are delighted with the young people's keen interest and curiosity. Girls' Day was a great success for everyone involved and provided a valuable opportunity for exchange.
