Start of the 2023 Apprenticeship Program at TIB Chemicals: A Successful Start to the Chemical Technician Training Program
TIB Chemicals AG is delighted to welcome four new apprentices as the 2023 training program begins. Three young men and one young woman have started their training as chemical technicians and are joining our apprentice team effective immediately. In doing so, we are continuing our commitment to high-quality training in the chemical industry and making targeted investments in the skilled workers of tomorrow.
The first day of training marks an important milestone for our new trainees. To make their transition into professional life as smooth as possible, the day began with a round of personal introductions. This gave the new trainees the opportunity to get to know their future colleagues and trainers and to make their first connections within the company.

Following the welcome, the program included an important safety briefing. Especially in a modern chemical company, workplace safety, health, and environmental protection are top priorities. That’s why our trainees are thoroughly prepared for their future tasks from the very beginning and familiarized with the applicable safety standards.

After a group breakfast, which provided an opportunity for personal interaction, the trainees took an extensive tour of the plant with our training manager. During the tour, the new trainees gained an exciting insight into the various production areas and work processes at TIB Chemicals AG. Visiting the various facilities gave them an impression, even on the first day, of the diversity of tasks they will encounter during their training as chemical technicians.
