Acquisition of US-based REAXIS Inc.

TIB Chemicals AG, headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, is pleased to announce that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire REAXIS Inc. REAXIS, a leading US manufacturer of tin catalysts and metal-based specialty additives, will officially become part of TIB Chemicals Group on 01/31/2025.
