Process Governance Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team team, we are looking for a Process Governance Specialist (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

 

Your new tasks:

• Development, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of central processes
• Modeling and documentation of end-to-end business processes with BPMN 2.0 in SAP Signavio
• Ensuring governance, versioning, collaboration, and reporting within the process landscape
• Analysis of process metrics (KPIs) and their integration into process models, deriving optimization actions
• Interface coordination with IT (ERP/SAP S/4HANA) and the business areas, ensuring data flows and system connections
• Moderation of workshops, requirements gathering in business areas, and coaching of stakeholders
• Implementation of change-management measures to promote BPM initiatives
• Support in audits, compliance, and quality standards in the process environment

 

Professional background:

• Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Financial/Industrial Informatics, or related programs with a focus on processes, IT, or management
• Many years of experience in BPM, process governance, or process optimization
• Enjoy working in a team, close collaboration with IT, business areas, and management
• Understanding of how processes connect with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA)
• Analytical thinking, ability to recognize dependencies and identify optimization potentials
• High self-initiative, structured work style, and strong attention to detail
