Chemical technican (m/f/d)

To strenghten our operations at the Mannheim site, we are seeking to start as soon as possible an enthusiastic chemical technician (m/f/d) 

Your new responsibilities:

• You operate and monitor the chemical plants on site
• You manage the production process from procuring required raw and auxiliary materials from storage and filling the plant, through performing in-process controls, to emptying the plant
• You actively contribute to optimizing syntheses with regard to safety engineering and yield
• You independently troubleshoot disturbances and perform maintenance work
• You issue work orders and complete the associated operational documentation
• You wear a gas mask as personal protective equipment (PPE) for certain process steps

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chemical technician (m/f/d)
• Several years of experience in chemical production is advantageous but not mandatory
• Beginners welcome – you can convince us with commitment, willingness to learn, and genuine interest
• General computer skills, especially MS Office
• Valid forklift license for internal transport and logistics tasks
• Willingness to work in a shift system (full continuous system)
• Safety-conscious thinking and action as a fundamental working principle
• Team orientation and reliability in daily work
• Independent work style and quick comprehension for efficient onboarding into processes and workflows
