TIB Chemicals produce an extensive range of fluxes to suit your application perfectly. Whether it is a standard salt or a special flux, our products are specifically designed for your exact needs. TIB Fluxes are available as a free-flowing powder packed in drums and bags or “pre-dissolved” as a liquid in IBC’s or tank trucks in various concentrations, including highly concentrated solutions that reduce the volume of water that has to be transported. TIB high quality fluxes enable you to work effectively and efficiently. Our premium TIB Flux 60 system helps you maintain complete control of the flux chemistry.
The 3 pillars of our TIB Flux 60 system are:
• the control of the flux density with TIB Flux 60 either as a liquid or powder
• the control of the flux pH using TIB Flux 60 pH or pH+, which converts acid carried over into new flux with the correct ratio of zinc and ammonium chloride, whilst buffering the pH over several weeks
• the removal of iron using our patented TIB Flux 60 Ferrokill & Ferrexal products, reducing the dross and ash production and saving your money
