TIB KAT 416 is a liquid catalyst mixture based on a dibutyltin formulation.
It is suitable for the curing of silicones and silane-terminated polymer systems, in particular:
- 1K-MS/STP systems
- Curing of alkoxy-based RTV silicones
Properties:
- Moisture-sensitive – avoid contact with water
- Hydrolysis may occur at high humidity → reduced flash point
